There are a lot of products to buy for your total wellbeing. If you give into all of them, or even some of them you may find yourself in debt with lot’s of products and no idea what to do with them. For me, I want to know that my gut and heart are in good health. With these two things being super healthy, then pretty much my mind and body feel great. Keeping free from anxiety, stress and anything that keeps me in low vibration.

Have the time to don’t have time to make “Instagram ready” acai bowls or protein bowls or smoothies is not realistic for some of us. However, our bodies need attention. It needs nutrition. And even when we are on the go, it needs to know that wer are going to look out for our bodies and minds.

This list has a lot of my favorite products, but I wanted to share with you some of my almost daily go to. There are 5 main ingredients I use in things like my oatmeal, supplements, or salads.

These are the things I use in my day to day to keep me calm, creative and focused and ultimately making decisions that keep me slim and healthy.

Spirulina Tablets 500mg — Spirulina is your go to if you want to get healthier. It can also enhance athletic performance and it helps to stimulate the activity and proper functioning of this important gland which provides energy supports the health of your skin and metabolism and keeps your moods in balance. Turmeric – Largely due to its curcumin content, Turmeric is often credited with these benefits, Fighting inflammation, it’s an antioxidant, Protects the heart in various ways, helpful for arthritis, brain-boosting and it may be helpful for fighting diabetes and cancer.

Chia and flax seed – Chia seeds are an unprocessed, whole-grain food that can be absorbed by the body as seeds (unlike flaxseeds). One ounce (about 2 tablespoons) contains 139 calories, 4 grams of protein, 9 grams fat, 12 grams carbohydrates and 11 grams of fiber, plus vitamins and minerals.

5-HTP 100 mg — dietary supplements help raise serotonin levels in the brain. Since serotonin helps regulate mood and behavior, 5HTP may have a positive effect on sleep, mood, anxiety, appetite, and pain sensation. 5HTP is not found in the foods we eat, although tryptophan is found in foods.

Holy Basil Tea –Holy basil is a plant. It is originally from India and is used in Ayurvedic medicine as an “adaptogen” to counter life’s stresses. It is considered a sacred plant by the Hindus and is often planted around Hindu shrines. The Hindu name for holy basil, Tulsi, means “the incomparable one.
